As a full lifecycle Recruiter for LibLab you will be the first step to building and growing global team. In this role, you will work to source, navigate, assess and close top talent anywhere in the world.
This role is responsible for talent attraction and engagement for technical profiles that consist of Software Engineering, Engineering Managers, and Technical Project Managers.
In this role you will
- Own the offer process from sourcing candidates to extending offers, negotiations, closing, and generating offer letters.
- Partner closely with executive leaders by advising on a search strategy to identify the candidates for their roles.
- Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their needs and requirements.
- Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process.
- Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change, and seeking out additional responsibilities.
- Advocate for equity and inclusion in the hiring process, and ensure all candidate pipelines are representative of the talent market and our users.
- Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists, and research.
- Initiate offers by leveraging and partnering with executive management and other groups as necessary.
- Closing senior and executive-level candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
- Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management. Operate with a deep sense of urgency in an extremely competitive recruiting landscape.
- Identify, engage, and manage candidates through the recruitment process.
- Understand how to best use qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions and continuously improve our overall effectiveness.
Requirements
- 2+ years previous recruiting experience.
- Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates and manage them through the hiring process.
- Ability to network and build long-term relationships with passive candidates.
- Experience researching and market mapping to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Ability to rigorously prioritize, organize, and multitask; simultaneously building and managing diverse candidate pipelines for multiple roles at varying stages in the process.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate into action.
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset; able to learn about and source for novel roles, research talent availability, and develop creative solutions to sourcing challenges
